Rendang Ibu Rini
3 kg beef, gravy

Paste, minced, ground and add into meat together.
20pcs chili red
6 pcs. Shallot
5 pcs. Garlic
5 cm. Galangal
2 tbs. Coriander. Roasted
1.5. Coconut cream
1 l. Water
1 pack. Bamboe

Procedure
1. Heat full until water absorbed until meat tender.
2. Seasoning and keep in realy low heat fire.
