This my translation of English High Tea in Indonesian traditional way. With replacement of the western food items in order making this combination of dishes to be more Indonesian. The tower it self is symbolizing "sajen" or offering to gods and "Jajanan" or "Jajan" is indonesian word for food from street hawker.
