2 sendok teh garam

Rebus daging yang telah diberi garam hingga empuk, angkat.
Potong-potong mengikuti mengikuti serat, pukul-pukul. Suwir-suwir halus

Panaskan wajan, tumis bumbu halus, ketumbar, gula merah, air asam, garam.
Masukkan lengkuas, serai, daun salam. Masak hingga harum.
