Ayam Panggang Kecap


INGREDIENTS
Ayam Basic*
Kecap Manis for basting
Oil for basting

SAUCE
onions
garlic
sambal tomat
ginger
lemongrass
lime leave
kecap manis
seasoning*
lemon juice

GARNISH

tomatoes
lemon, wedges
fried shallots
chili, sliced
Spanish onion, sliced

Throw the chicken on the barbie, while basting it with kecap manis and oils.
Heat up the oil on pans, add onions, garlic, sambal tomat and kecap manis, let it heat up until kecap manis start to caramelised, squised lemon juice and season it.

Pour the chicken with the sauce and garnished
