Tahu Telok Malay Style


INGREDIENTS
2 x eggs
1 x tofu, fried, cut into 6
1 tbs corn starch
1 tbs water
Seasoning

CONDIMENTS
Peanut sauce
Pickles cucumber
Petis paste

GARNISH
Dried shrimp
Fried shallots
Shallots, sliced
Chilli, sliced
Coriander / watercrest with garlic dressing

Whip until foamy, drop 1/3 on to the mold and shape it. Add the rest until finish.
